Tickets purchased before 20th October 2020

If you purchased theme park tickets with Magical Tickets prior to the 20th October 2020 please be aware that the previous owners of the business, Toucan Travel registered number 0166525 were placed into Administration on that date.
Should you require any assistance relating to those tickets please contact us directly and we will try to help you change dates / extend expiry deadlines if at all possible. If this is not possible or you require a refund then you will be required to contact ABTA (www.ABTA.com) and they will guide you through the refund claim process.
All bookings made after the 13th November 2020 are now covered under our new owners Travelcorp Midlands Ltd. (Reg No:12002185) who purchased the overall Toucan Travel business, including Magical Tickets, from the Administrator KRE Corporate Recovery Ltd. on that date.
